Alpha explores common questions people have about Christianity. Bridgewood offers this 10-week video series during the fall and winter. We also host Alpha in community businesses and neighborhoods.

Alpha classes are offered Wednesday nights. Dessert is served at 6:20pm and class runs from

Description: Wednesday Nights at Bridgewood provide an opportunity for every one at every age to grow in

their faith.

Kids

Ages 0-3 – Childcare provided

Ages 4-5th grade: Do you know who is Setting the Pace? In every race, athletes need a pacesetter. In life, Jesus sets the pace for how we should live. Team KID (Kids In Discipleship) helps kids know that Jesus is the one they should follow! Join us for Team BridgeKID on Wednesday nights! Bring your kids and their friends for a fun night.

Youth

Wednesday nights will resume with Campaigners for middle schoolers. We will start out together in the youth room and then have both middle school and high school discussion groups break out from there. We will be discussing goals, and what we hope for in all areas of our lives: family, school, church, and relationships.

Adults

1) THE ALPHA COURSE:

This is a great course for those exploring the Christian faith, new to the faith, or seasoned believers. Video and discussion based, this course covers the foundations of the Christian faith. No question is off limits and all are welcome in this judgment free zone. To join the course, sign up here.

2) UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES: led by David Elliott

“Understanding the Times” will not only help foundationally shape your worldview, but help you understand the lens from which other people are coming from as they engage the world around them. Why do people believe what they do? When we understand that question, we can more effectively engage in conversations that might normally lead to arguments or impasses. Scripture calls us to “demolish arguments raised up against the knowledge of God”, and we want to equip you to feel confident in communicating with a world that desperately needs Jesus. This class will help you grow in confidence as you engage your family, friends and spheres of influence, and open yourself up to significant conversations on difficult topics. 3) ADDICTION RECOVERY: led by Randy Coffman

This class will be valuable to both those who are struggling with addiction and those who know someone engaged in this difficult battle. Topics include: types of addiction; teen and adolescent addiction; the family and addiction; and Christ, the Church, and addiction recovery. To join the course, sign up here.
