Bridgewood Church has established a strong and lasting relationship with a sister church in Tala, Kenya, 39 miles outside of Nairobi. This church has developed 30 daughter churches in villages all over the region. Year round, Bridgewood is actively helps impoverished widows in the area become self-sufficient and raises money for such things as a much needed well in the area. Each December, Bridgewood sends a team on a short mission trip to visit and encourage the many churches, help with a medical clinic, and minister to people during an area conference.
